Very happy and satisfied with omega universal, there price are very reasonable they didn't charge me extra for extra packing materials that I needed, great team work they did everything with care none of my items were damaged. I recommend omega to anyone who want a peaceful removal, they are honest and don't overcharge. I will definitely reuse them in the future.I appreciate how they took time move all my items to the truck and covered everything with blankets. The representative also called back to check if everything was OK. I'm happy I chose omega and ther service. Best removal service for me personally.

I had to move few expensive items from UK to Portugal. At first I was a bit scared to choose an international removal service, as I had items such as laptop and furniture, which are quite expensive to send over. But Omega Universal teams gave me the assurance and peaceful removal. I am happy with the charge and I want to say thank you to Omega team as they were very helpful and kind. I highly recommend Omega to anyone who is unsure about their move and want a genuine service.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a company calling themselves Universal Removals. Their website address is www.universalremoval.co.uk. Do not use - I repeat, do not use.
Also please do not confuse them with www.universalremovals.couk. The letter 's' separates the two companies on the website address and I fear it is this error that I made that put me in front of these fraudsters. I'm sure the other company of a similar sounding name are reputable and trustworthy.
After a gentleman turned up to provide an on-site quotation (at the time he was called Ali, but then he used a number of different aliased afterward), everything seemed OK until they turned up for delivery.
Without going into too much detail here, I am going legal against this firm. I arranged for them to hold the items in storage for a number of days until ready to deliver to the new property. Once they had my furniture and had taken it away, they then called me and demanded more money, citing a number of factually incorrect reasons. Basically, they were blackmailing me, holding me to ransom until I paid an extra 550 pounds (they originally demanded over 1000).
In the interests of getting my furniture back, I paid under duress. Running background information on the company, I couldn't fins any real company registration number and there was no specific office address.
After sending tens of email relating to insurance claims and demanding that I speak to the manager to follow this up, all requests have been ignored. It appears that this is a one man band hijacking the good name of a similar sounding company and ripping people off in the interim.
I rang up the storage company where they allegedly were storing the items and they had never heard of the company in question or any of the individuals. As some of my items delivered were wet or boxes had been damaged, wet and had been changed, this led me to conclude that they didn't even use a storage company and had either kept the items outside somewhere or left them in their van (which incidentally had the name of another removal firm on).
I could go on and on here but I'll leave it at that far now apart from saying:
Do not use www.Universalremoval.co.uk 02033725291. They are operating illegally and are not to be trusted. Be warned and do your research.

I reccomend omega universal to anyone who require a removal service. I had to move my items from uk to Spain it was very easy by omega.they helped me all the way and all my items was received without any damaged. Thank you to the representative who stayed in touch. I'm very happy with there service and price was reasonable also. Thank you again fan team work. The truck and crews provided was very helpful they took great care of my items. I will say this is a genuine removal trustworthy service.

Contrary to the bottom review on this page which filled us with concern we went ahead and booked Universal Removals.  They are a small South London based company and they turned out to be the cheapest we could find for a packing and moving service.  They needed a little guidance on the level of packing we wanted but once instructed carried out the pack excellently.  On the move day they worked like dogs and were always more than helpful when we asked for certain extra items to be moved.  They even collected an upright piano and moved it uncomplainingly.  It was an done with grace and a constant polite smile and courteousness. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have chose this company for my move from london to germany. I was a bit reluctant in choosing this company for my move but I must say it was one of my best choice in life. They were very good at their work and they excel in everything be it customer services or communication level.. All my belongings were delivered on time and I was being updated all the way along. It has been a pleasure to do business with this company. Will definitely recommend this company.. I must say well done to Omega Universal.
